Every child is an artist. All children possess both innate creative and appreciative abilities that can be nurtured through art instruction. The art program engages learners of all levels and learning styles through developmental, age, and individual appropriateness. A comprehensive curriculum including multicultural units, interdisciplinary experiences, community based art projects and experiential learning will promote and encourage exploration, creativity, problem solving and cooperative learning.
